Nearly at the station!
Beneath has gone through many changes over the last few years, but I'm almost done.
I will drop the notion of me learning layout software to spruce it up, but I'm absolutely returning to this game for a second pass, if it gains any traction. I have so many ideas for the graphical part of the game, but right now, I want to get the GAME part perfected.
I haven't made any attempts at marketing because of self-flagellation, but I would absolutely love to hear from a few more testers about the state of Beneath before I give it the ol' 1.0 and THEN try to reach out to forums and content creators to put it in the public's eye, because I am very, very proud of the work I've put in, and the feedback I've gotten.
This version, 0.9, has so many changes it's hard to list, but everything has had a rebalancing, and there is now an example Encounter, which uses many of the game's mechanics. Hopefully it will be of help! :)
Please grab it, go through the rules from the start, take a Delve, and pray that the vengeful Eyes will see your struggles!
