Hi there!

This update is full of polish.

- The Cannibal curse is now changed into a Bloat curse, which ties into the effeccts of eating Undead Meat - good times!

- The rules for Food are clearer.

- Donning and doffing Armor is now much simplified (I just removed the special case of taking time for equipping body armor), and clarified that only one piece of body armor adds to Soak.

Lots of other things have been polished as well!
